CETS Non-Discriminatory Policy
It is the commitment of Construction Enterprises Training System that we do not under any circumstances discriminate based on a person’s race, age, gender identity, national origin, physical and mental disability, or that persons chosen religion.
Any employee, board member, volunteer or client who believes that s/he/they or any other affiliate of CETS has been discriminated against is strongly encouraged and advised to report this concern promptly to the Executive Directors of CETS.

Harassment and intimidation includes abusive, foul, threatening language or behaviour. CETS is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free of any such harassment and will not tolerate discrimination against staff members, volunteers or agency clients.
Discriminatory Harassment or intimidation of a client, staff member or guest because of that person’s race, age, gender identity, national origin, physical and mental disability, or religion is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination of contract based on the severity of the offence.
Issues of discriminatory treatment, harassment, or intimidation on any of these bases should immediately be reported to the Executive Director or immediate supervisor and, if substantiated, prompt action will be taken by CETS.
